個人情報保護方針

当社は、個人情報（「個人情報の保護に関する法律」に定める個人情報ならびに「行政手続における特定の個人を識別するための番号の利用に関する法律」に定める個人番号および特定個人情報）の保護の重要性を認識し、以下の通り個人情報保護方針を定め、役員および従業員にその徹底をはかり、個人の権利利益の保護に努めます。

1.個人情報の取得
当社は、適法かつ公正な手段によって個人情報を取得いたします。
個人情報を取得する際は、法令に従う場合を除き、あらかじめ利用目的を明示いたします。

2.個人情報の利用
個人情報は、法令に従う場合を除き、取得の際に示した利用目的の範囲内で利用いたします。

3.委託先の管理監督
利用目的を遂行するために業務委託先へ個人情報を提供する場合は、委託先の適正な管理・監督を行います。

4.個人情報の第三者提供
法令に従う場合を除き、個人情報を第三者に提供いたしません。

5.個人情報の管理
取得した個人情報については、不正アクセスや紛失、破壊、改ざん、漏洩などを防止する十分なセキュリティー対策を講じ、適切かつ合理的な安全対策に努めます。また、保有する個人情報について法定保存期間の経過等、保有する必要がなくなった場合には速やかに廃棄・削除します。

6.個人情報の開示・訂正等のご請求
ご本人が個人情報の開示・訂正等を希望される場合には、法令に従って、速やかに対応いたします。

7.組織・体制
当社は個人情報保護責任者を任命し、個人情報の適正な管理を実施いたします。
当社は役員及び従業員に対し、個人情報の保護及び適正な管理方法についての研修を実施し、日常業務における個人情報の適正な取扱いを徹底いたします。

8.法令、規範の遵守と見直し
個人情報に関して適用される法令、国が定める指針等を遵守するとともに、個人情報の保護を更に徹底するため上記各項における取り組みを必要に応じて見直し、改善いたします。

3．個人データの開示等のご請求手続

1. 当社の保有する個人データについて、利用目的の通知、開示、訂正、追加、削除、利用の停止または消去をご請求される場合は、当社所定の個人データに関する開示等請求書に必要事項をご記入いただき、下記添付書類を同封の上、下記宛先までご連絡ください。

【添付書類】
ご送付の際には、お客様のご本人確認書類（運転免許証、パスポートまたは健康保険証）の写し（健康保険証または運転免許証の住所変更がある場合は、裏面の写しを含みます。）を必ず同封してください。 なお、上記の添付書類のほか、当社は、必要に応じ、お客様に対してその他の書類の提出を請求できるものといたします。

【手数料】
ご請求内容が、個人データの利用目的の通知のご請求または個人データの開示のご請求の場合は、事務手数料をご負担いただく場合がございます。

2. 当社は、お客様から、上記１の「個人データに関する開示等請求書」および添付書類のご送付を受け、事務手数料のご負担がある場合はそれをお支払いいただき次第、法令に従って、お客様に対する ご回答等の対応をいたします。

 

ウェブサイトからの個人情報収集について

1．クッキー（Cookie）の使用について

Collection of personal information from websites

1.Cookie:
The Company's website contains pages that use a form of technology known as "cookies." Cookies are used to send data to the user's software for Internet surfing (browser) and refers to its content, making it easier for the user to use the website the next time they visit it. However, cookies are not intended to be used to acquire the personal information of the user.
The user may disable cookies by reconfiguring the browser to stop accepting cookies.

2.SSL:
The Company's website incorporates the Secure Socket Layer (SSL), an encryption technology, in the "Contact Us" page, so that users can enter data such as personal information in a secure manner. The SSL sends out the information entered by the user after the information is encrypted.

3.Access Log capturing:
The Company's websites automatically record the information of users in the form of access logs. This information includes the IP address of the user, as well the type of browser used and number of accesses. However, no information is included that individually specifies the user. Access logs, which are used to collect statistics and analyze the use of services, will not be utilized for any other purpose.
